‘Let’s dig ourselves out of these ruins!’

‘The movement has begun – the question is, “Who will step up?”

I might never know the real reason of my being. But I’m confident enough to say that I have always followed my heart, hoping to one day find the motive of my existence. I’m proud to be a part of the struggle – and will take my being in this country as a challenge. I feel that as residents of the battlefield it is our responsibility to make a change, a change that we as a community have been looking for. We will demonstrate that it is possible to convert our reputation into something positive.

We can create changes that many have waited lifetimes to see. Our generation is tough and far from being demolished, so we will not stand here and let the people “above” stare at us and walk over us.

Our generation will continue to observe – and learn from – the mistakes that these politicians make! They aren’t our politicians! We sit and watch the elections, while they sit and place our futures in jeopardy. We sit in classrooms and watch them fail [are the politicians falling? or are the classrooms falling into disrepair? before us. The process has startedstarted: tomorrow’s leaders will be those who are wide awake and aware now.

We walk around our streets and imagine a place that only someday can be. Our generation has high potential; besides the illusions, we are artistically opened-minded adolescents who can create huge things from so little.

The media has infected us so deep that it seems like we are hallucinating.

What our past generations had is leftovers for us. So we dig to find any useful tools for moving forward in life. Hard as it is to find tools, some of us go peek somewhere else and find ourselves stuck, diseased, in jail, in a coffin – or unluckily we end up with the whole package.

We walk blind and we remain blind because we were taught to be blind. We are better leaders, we will keep the enthusiasm within us alive, and we will keep our streets and homes clean, as well as our kids’ minds.

The movement has begun, but the question is, “Who else is going to step up and wake up the rest?” Knowledge is power and it’s also our biggest weapon, so don’t be afraid to use it! Loyalty, communication, and unity are what we hardworking people are all about.

We will stop the games and show the work. Our future kids will grow in a safe environment and get a high quality education!

Let’s dig our way out of these ruins that have collapsed upon us. Let’s establish a better society for tomorrow, today! Mankind has been known for one great thing and that is: when a nation has failed, a better one should be created.

You might not have noticed, but you are the front-row audience of our communities. So pay close attention and put your five senses to good use. Our societies continue to slowly fall apart – so what are you going do about it?

Stand there and watch the mess grow?
